Imogen is a third year studying music at Oriel College, Oxford, where she also holds choral and academic scholarships. Having been interested in theatre form a young age, she has enjoyed making the most of the opportunities Oxford has to offer. Imogen has directed Sweeney Todd at the Oxford Playhouse, as well as directing The Last Five Years, Songs from the Old World, a cabaret raising almost £900 for charities during the pandemic, and was assistant director and assistant producer on Smart Casual; A New Musical. She has also been involved in various other roles, including production managing Merrily We Roll Along, assistant stage managing Angels in America and Chicago. In addition, Imogen is a classically trained musician, having studied at the Royal Academy of Music for 8 years, which is where her love for theatre was sparked. She has played in the pit bands for 15 shows, as well as doing work experience in London’s West End, on shows like Les Mis and 42nd Street. Imogen is also passionate about film, and as secretary, was on the executive committee of the Oxford University Film Foundation in 2021, as well as serving as her college's JCR Arts Representative in 2020-21, and being part of the video team for The Cherwell in 2020.
